For fun, each post will have a practical title plus a quirky, alternative title that gives some insight into it’s main message.

Nutrition and health information is everywhere these days, and you often see conflicting recommendations. It’s confusing to know who to believe and what to follow to meet your goals. Who can you trust?? That’s where I come in! Registered dietitians are experts in nutrition, so we know our stuff. My additional graduate school training in nutrition and public health helps me to understand complex research and how to translate it for effective integration into everyday life. My hope is to educate, inspire, and connect with you!
